Products and Services<\/h3>\n<p>3.1 <strong>New Equipment:<\/strong> All new equipment sold on both our website and in our store, comes with the manufacturer&#8217;s warranty. The details of the warranty will be provided with the product or can be requested from the manufacturer.<\/p>\n<p>All sales are final and consequently no refunds are available, other than claims for damage during shipping.<\/p>\n<p>For products sold in our physical store, you must inspect the item before leaving the store, as no refunds are available once you leave the store.<\/p>\n<p>3.2 <strong>Second Hand Equipment:<\/strong> Second-hand equipment is sold as-is with no warranty. We do not guarantee the condition or performance of second-hand equipment beyond the initial purchase inspection.<\/p>\n<p>All sales are final and consequently no refunds are available, other than claims for damage during shipping.<\/p>\n<p>For products sold in our physical store, you must inspect the item before leaving the store, as no refunds are available once you leave the store.<\/p>\n<p>3.3 <strong>Deposits<\/strong> You may make a deposit on a New or Second Hand item that is purchased in our physical store. Deposits are NOT currently available for items sold on our website.<\/p>\n<p>When you pay a Deposit, the item will be held and reserved for you until full payment is made. The full payment must be made within 31 days of the deposit being made &#8211; otherwise, the deposit will be forfited if 31 days is exceeded.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Deposits are considered a final decision to purchase and so the deposit is NOT refundable.<\/em><\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>4. Servicing and Repairs<\/h3>\n<p>4.1 Services outside of warranty will be chargeable.<\/p>\n<p>4.2 The camera and\/or lens assessment fee is $49. However, if we provide you with a repair quote and the necessary spare parts are available, but you decide not to proceed with the repair, the fee will apply. If you choose to proceed with the repair or if spare parts are unavailable, or we decide that the repair will not be successful, then the $49 assessment fee will be waived.<\/p>\n<p>4.3 After evaluation and notice of costs, you can decide to proceed with the service or not proceed with the service and take your equipment back.<\/p>\n<p>4.4 Your equipment must be collected within 14 days of service completion or decision not to proceed with the service.<\/p>\n<p>4.5 Equipment not collected within 15 days will be subject to a storage fee of $5 per day from the 15th day onwards. This is due to our small shop size restricting our amount of storage space.<\/p>\n<p>4.6 Equipment sent to us is at your own risk, despite our continuous endeavor to take great care. Therefore, we will not be liable for any damage or loss arising from or in connection with the services.<\/p>\n<p>4.7 Repaired equipment has a 1-month parts warranty.<\/p>\n<p>4.8 We will not be responsible for the compatibility of your equipment with any other products such as software and peripherals.<\/p>\n<p>4.9 When collecting, please check everything thoroughly before leaving the shop. Once the item has left the shop, it is out of our control, so claims for damage or defects like scratches, for example, will not be considered once you have taken your equipment from the shop.<\/p>\n<p>4.10 When collecting your equipment after repair, the payment for the services may be made by cash, credit\/debit card, or SGQR (PayNow, PayLah, etc.) and must be made upon or before collection.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>5. Order and Payment<\/h3>\n<p>5.1 All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance by Alex Photo. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.<\/p>\n<p>5.2 Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched. We accept payment through various methods, which will be specified at the time of purchase.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>6. Shipping and Delivery<\/h3>\n<p>6.1 We will make every effort to dispatch orders promptly. However, we do not guarantee delivery times and will not be liable for any delay in delivery.<\/p>\n<p>6.2 Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Returns and Refunds<\/h3>\n<p>7.1 Returns are accepted for new equipment within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
