Alex Photo Singapore specializes in Camera and Lens Repairs \/ Servicing. \u00a0Alex is very experienced in these repairs and servicing. \u00a0Especially relevant are the many satisfied customers who had their cameras and lenses repaired at Alex Photo in Singapore. \u00a0Getting your photographic equipment serviced or repaired at Alex Photo is probably your best value proposition.<\/p>\n

Camera and Lens Repairs and Servicing:<\/span> Your camera gear will be serviced quickly, professionally and for a good price. Alex certainly knows how to help you.<\/p>\n

We welcome you to submit an enquiry to have your Camera and\/or Lenses Serviced or Repaired.<\/p>\n

  • Services outside of warranty will be chargeable.<\/li>\n
  • We reserve the right not to proceed with repair if our assessment indicates the repair services are unlikely to be successful eg. due to lack of replacement parts or other factors.<\/li>\n
  • After evaluation and notice of costs, you can decide to proceed with the service or to not proceed with the service and take your equipment back.<\/li>\n
  • Your equipment must be collected within 7 days of service completion or decision to not proceed with the service.<\/li>\n
  • Equipment not collected within 7 days will be subject to a storage fee of $5 per day from the 8th day onwards.\u00a0 This is due to our small shop size restricting our amount of storage space.<\/li>\n
  • Equipment sent to us is at your own risks, despite our continuous endeavor to take great care. Therefore we will not be liable any damage or loss arising from or in connection with the services.<\/li>\n
  • Repaired equipment has a 1 month parts warranty.<\/li>\n
  • We will not be responsible for the compatibility of your equipment with any other products such as software and peripherals.<\/li>\n
  • When collecting, please check everything thoroughly before leaving the shop. Once the item has left the shop, it is out of our control, so claims for damage defects like scratches for example will not be considered, once you have taken your equipment from the shop.<\/li>\n
  • When collecting your equipment after repair, the payment for the services may be made by cash, credit\/debit card or SGQR (PayNow, PayLah etc) and must be made upon or before collection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
