    BORN between 1965 and 1980, Gen-X workers are in the process of replacing Baby Boomers (born 1946-1964) in middle and upper management. Gen-Z workers, born between 1997 and 2012, are entering the workforce.

    Separated by anything from 17 to 47 years, their differing values are shaping workplaces. Below, 47-year-old Mark Tham asks his 26-year-old colleague Jen Koh some of his burning questions, then responds to hers.
