This would be used to cross-check the property and see if there is anything wrong that needs to be corrected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Landlords know too well that some tenants are simply not clean, and they cannot help it. Their only point of redress is to use the deposit in order to protect themselves from possible losses. Again, the landlord knows, that the deposit could motivate some of the tenants to be responsible as they could lose it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By the time the tenant checks, the property could be having dust, cobwebs, and grease. Such conditions could be detrimental to the health of the incoming tenant.
