1. Organiser
This promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Daikin Airconditioning (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“Daikin Singapore”).
2. Promotion Mechanic
a. Purchase an eligible Daikin iSmile Eco+ System (eligible models: MKM50ZVMG, MKM75ZVMG, MKM85ZVMG or MKM100ZVMG) between 6 August and 30 September 2026 (both dates inclusive).
b. Submit your invoice via the designated online redemption form to receive one (1) lucky draw chance and one (1) complimentary W.I.S.E Air Kit (worth S$150), subject to verification.
c. Stand a chance to be one of 61 lucky winners to enjoy a S$610 Grocery Shopping Spree organised by Daikin Singapore.
d. Complete installation and warranty registration by 30 September 2026 to receive a total of six (6) lucky draw chances.
3. Promotion Period
a. The Promotion is valid for purchases made from 6 August 2026 to 30 September 2026, both dates inclusive.
4. Eligibility
a. The Promotion is open to customers who purchase an eligible Daikin iSmile Eco+ System during the Promotion Period.
b. Eligible outdoor unit models:
- MKM50ZVMG
- MKM75ZVMG
- MKM85ZVMG
- MKM100ZVMG
c. Proof of purchase and successful verification are required before any rewards can be issued.
5. How to Participate
a. To qualify for the Promotion, customers must:
- Purchase an eligible system during the Promotion Period.
- Submit a redemption application through the designated online redemption form.
- Upload a clear and legible copy of the purchase invoice.
b. The invoice must clearly display:
- Company or retailer name.
- Invoice number.
- Purchase date.
- Eligible model name(s): MKM50ZVMG / MKM75ZVMG / MKM85ZVMG / MKM100ZVMG.
c. If the eligible model is not stated on the invoice, customers may verify the purchase using the Warranty Certification Number. If neither the model nor a valid Warranty Certification Number is provided, the submission will be rejected.
d. Incomplete, illegible or inaccurate submissions may be rejected.
e. Each eligible invoice submitted qualifies for one lucky draw chance only, subject to verification.
f. Each eligible invoice may only be submitted once. Only the first successful submission will be accepted. Subsequent submissions using the same invoice/address will be considered invalid and will not be processed.
g. Each household, based on the installation address, is entitled to one eligible entry only. Where multiple submissions are made from the same household, Daikin Singapore may accept the first verified submission and consider subsequent submissions invalid.
h. Customers who complete installation and warranty registration by 30 September 2026 will receive six lucky draw chances for the same eligible invoice, subject to verification.
i. Submission of an invoice alone does not automatically qualify a customer for the Promotion. All submissions are subject to verification.
j. All redemption submissions must be successfully submitted by 6 October 2026, 11.59pm, unless otherwise specified. Late, incomplete or unsuccessful submissions will not be accepted.
6. Installation Requirements
a. Installation must be completed by 31 December 2026.
b. Customers who complete installation and warranty registration by 30 September 2026 will qualify for a total of six lucky draw chances, subject to verification via the online redemption form.
c. Daikin Singapore may verify installation records to determine eligibility.
d. If installation is not completed by 31 December 2026, Daikin Singapore may cancel, withdraw or recover any rewards issued.
7. Warranty Registration
a. Warranty registration is mandatory for customers to qualify for the additional lucky draw chances.
8. Lucky Draw
a. The lucky draw will be conducted on 12 October 2026 at 3.30pm at Daikin Singapore, 10 Ang Mo Kio Ind Park 2, Singapore 569501.
b. Winners will be selected through a random electronic draw from eligible and verified entries received during the Promotion Period.
c. The lucky draw will be conducted under the supervision of an independent scrutineer.
d. Winners will be announced in October 2026 via Daikin Singapore’s official communication channels.
e. Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided during the redemption process.
f. If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts or fails to respond within 7 calendar days of notification, Daikin Singapore may select another winner.
9. Shopping Spree Prize
a. Each winner is entitled to a grocery shopping spree, where Daikin Singapore will pay for eligible purchases up to S$610.
b. Any amount exceeding S$610 will be borne by the winner.
c. Any unused allowance will be forfeited and is not exchangeable for cash or credit.
d. Only purchases eligible for grocery vouchers qualify. Cigarettes, tobacco, alcohol, gift vouchers and other excluded items must be paid for separately by the winner.
e. The prize is provided solely through the shopping spree. The allowance is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, other vouchers or compensation.
f. Each winner may bring up to two accompanying persons and must comply with all event requirements.
g. A winner who is unable to attend may nominate one representative by providing written authorisation before the event, subject to Daikin Singapore’s approval and verification.
h. A valid identification document must be presented on the day of the event.
i. The venue, date and time of the shopping spree will be determined solely by Daikin Singapore.
j. Winners may not request changes to the venue, date or time.
k. Failure to attend the shopping spree may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
l. Daikin Singapore may select an alternate winner if the original winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize.
10. Event Attendance
a. Registration and acceptance of the prize does not guarantee participation until the winner’s participation has been confirmed.
b. Confirmation emails will be sent approximately one week before the scheduled shopping spree.
11. Photography & Videography
a. Photography and videography may take place during the Promotion and related events.
b. By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to Daikin Singapore using their photographs, videos, names and likenesses for advertising, publicity, promotional and marketing purposes across all media without additional compensation.
12. W.I.S.E Air Kit Terms
a. Each eligible system purchase qualifies for one W.I.S.E Air Kit.
b. W.I.S.E Air Kits are available while stocks last and are subject to availability.
c. Verification may take up to two weeks after all required documents have been submitted.
d. Delivery will be made within two weeks after successful verification.
e. Daikin Singapore is not responsible for delayed or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
f. No replacement will be provided for W.I.S.E Air Kits that are lost, damaged or misdirected due to incorrect delivery information.
13. Fraud & Disqualification
Daikin Singapore reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
a. Provides false or misleading information.
b. Tampers with the redemption process.
c. Submits fraudulent documents.
d. Attempts to manipulate the Promotion or its redemption process.
e. Breaches these Terms and Conditions.
14. Product Disclaimer (PM2.5 Air Quality Monitor in the W.I.S.E Air Kit)
a. Readings from the PM2.5 Air Quality Monitor are indicative only and may vary depending on environmental conditions and usage.
b. The W.I.S.E Air Kit is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items.
c. The monitor can operate continuously for approximately 6–8 hours on a full charge. Users are advised to switch on the monitor only when checking air quality. For continuous monitoring, the monitor may be connected to a compatible USB power source. The monitor should be placed in a well-ventilated area and disconnected when unattended or not in use.
d. The monitor takes approximately 3 hours to become fully charged. The indicator light changes from red to green when fully charged.
e. Temporary fluctuations in temperature and humidity readings may occur while the monitor is charging due to calibration. The readings should stabilise after charging.
f. If the monitor is found to be defective, customers may qualify for a one-time 1-to-1 exchange at Daikin Singapore’s office, subject to inspection. Daikin Singapore reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the monitor is found to be functioning properly.
15. General
a. All rewards are available while stocks last.
b. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated.
c. Daikin Singapore reserves the right to substitute any reward with another reward of similar value.
d. Daikin Singapore may reject any application that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
e. Daikin Singapore reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
f. Employees of Daikin Singapore, its agencies and their immediate family members may be excluded from participating. The Promotion is open only to the actual customer/purchaser. The invoice must be issued in the customer’s name, and the entry must be submitted using the customer’s own contact details and email address. Entries submitted by contractors, installers, dealers or other third parties, including entries using a contractor’s or installer’s company email address, will not be accepted.
g. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Daikin Singapore shall be final and binding.
