Installer Programme \u2013 FAQ\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> If the aircon is installed before September, but within the promotion period, can the installer get the vouchers?<\/h6>\n

Answer:<\/strong> No.<\/p>\n

– Installation must be from September onwards.
\n– The installation must be completed within the promotional period.
\n– Installations completed before September are not eligible.<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> If the installer does not register through the Equipped App and the owner registers the warranty themselves, can the installer still get the vouchers?<\/h6>\n

Answer:<\/strong> Yes.<\/p>\n

– The owner can register the warranty themselves.
\n– The installer company name must be filled in correctly.
\n– The warranty must be successfully registered in Daikin\u2019s system, either through the Equipped App or the warranty registration system.
\n– If all promotion requirements are met, the installer will be eligible for the vouchers.<\/p>\n

3.<\/strong> Where and when can installers collect the vouchers?<\/h6>\n

Answer:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Daikin will summarise the eligible warranty registrations at the end of each month.
\n– Daikin will inform eligible installers when the vouchers are ready for collection the next month.
\n– Collection will be at Daikin on the date advised.<\/p>\n

4.<\/strong> Who can installers contact to check on the promotion or voucher collection status?<\/h6>\n

Answer:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Please contact Daikin Service via WhatsApp at 9xxxxxxxz.
\n– The team can assist with promotion enquiries and voucher collection status.<\/p>\n

5.<\/strong> How can we identify Route Sales products versus Project Sales products?<\/h6>\n

Answer:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Route Sales: Generally, multi-split, single-split and SkyAir units purchased from wholesalers for replacement jobs at HDB flats or shophouses.
