Our data recovery employees are trained to safeguard the privacy of each and all of our data recovery clients. We enforce a very strict Confidentiality policy, which ensures absolute discretion to our data recovery clients.<\/p>\n<h2>Our Data Recovery Services Confidentiality Guarantee<\/h2>\n<p>THIS GUARANTEE governs the safeguarding and the confidentiality of \u201cCustomer\u2019s\u201d data.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. Definition Of Confidential Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>As used herein, \u201cConfidential Information\u201d shall mean any and all technical and non-technical information related to the extracted data, including but not limited to (a) patent(s) and patent applications, (b) trade secret, and (c) copyrighted information (d) personal and private information including email, word documents and excel files (e) proprietary information\u2013 ideas, techniques, sketches, drawings, works of authorship, models, inventions, know-how, processes, apparatuses, equipment, algorithms, software programs, software source documents, and formulae related to the current, future, and proposed products and services of the \u201cData Recovery Customer\u201d, and including, without limitation, the \u201cData Recovery Customer\u2019s\u201d respective data concerning research, experimental work, development, design details and specifications, engineering, financial information, procurement requirements, purchasing, manufacturing, customer lists, investors, employees, business and contractual relationships, business forecasts, sales and merchandising, marketing plans and information the \u201cCustomer\u201d provides regarding third parties.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Handling Of Confidential Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Data Savers Pte Ltd agrees that at all times it will hold in strict confidence and not disclose to any third party Confidential Data of the \u201cData Recovery Customer\u201d, except as approved in writing by the \u201cData Recovery Customer\u201d, and will use the Confidential Information for no purpose other than data recovery. Data Savers Pte Ltd shall only permit access to Confidential Data of the \u201cData Recovery Customer\u201d to those of its data recovery employees or authorized representatives having a need to know and who have signed confidentiality agreements or are otherwise bound by confidentiality obligations at least as restrictive as those contained herein.<\/p>\n<p>We treat our customer\u2019s data with the highest level of confidentiality.<\/p>\n<p>Our recovery process is implemented in such a way that only the customers themselves will verify that the recovered data is good for acceptance.<\/p>\n<p>All incoming data recovery jobs by default will follow our strict in-house non-disclosure agreement (NDA).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Privacy and confidentiality of clients\u2019 data is paramount.
