A partial loan repayment is an ad-hoc payment to reduce your total outstanding balance of your home loan. You can use cash or CPF savings. Repayment made within the commitment period may incur prepayment charges, or clawback of fees.
The minimum partial repayment amount is S$10,000, in multiples of S$1,000. A one-month notice period is required to process your partial repayment request.
