Precisely because of our growing reputation as a reliable and cost effective M&E service provider, we have earned the respect and industry acknowledgement as an ideal business partner. With adversities come opportunities. COVID-19 pandemic crippled many industries and brought about hardships for many businesses. Fortunately for E-TECH, we manoeuvred the challenges in our favor and overcome the storm. We seized opportunities and entered the special projects market to participate in the infrastructure Development business (which is a fast growing market), initially as a sub-contractor, and later as main contractor. We started partnering with more experienced players and took on infrastructure development projects like cabling laying for Data Centres. We then moved on to SMART building solutions which are highly advocated in energy saving technology and global warming initiatives.

Reliability and responsiveness are key ingredients in our service delivery when together with JLL, we pitched for the Pulau Bukom Shell Eastern Petroleum contract. To supply a team of technicians for the refinery\u2019s maintenance works.<\/p>\n

This contract is a new challenge for us as we are now serving the oil & Gas industry and our team has to manage the client\u2019s expectations and fulfill our contractual obligations with our hallmark brand of service excellence. Impressed with our credentials, expertise and workforce, this culminated in E-TECH quoting for a job which we were ultimately awarded.<\/p>\n

E-TECH Team, led by our Project Director Aaron Kong, \u00a0was highly enthusiastic in handling this Rotarex project at EXYTE plant, located at 63 Tampines Industrial. Ave 4, Singapore 528724,\u00a0 as it was a litmus test of our multi-disciplinary capabilities. This contract E-TECH is partnering Rotarex\u00a0 to be their installer of stainless steel piping and accessories\/fittings for their equipments. \u00a0E-TECH supplied the necessary labour, tools and materials for Mechanical works involving a large quantity of \u00a0Piping works & supports ; Electrical works involving installation of epoxy painted conduits & trays for extensive cabling in compliant to strict specifications. Supply and installation of PRD & Ventilation fans at the end of duct were also carried out together with the need for erection of scaffoldings for work at heights.<\/p>\n

E-TECH initially handled very basic building maintenance works which gradually propagated into more important areas of the rail operator\u2019s entire infrastructure development scope of\u00a0 maintenance, repair and system installation works. Our rapport with SMRT has strengthened tremendously of late and we have earned their trust and respect. Recently, E-TECH scored another first by securing a maintenance service contract from C&W Services (S) Pte Ltd for the provision of non-comprehensive maintenance services for integrated services for A*STAR Fusionopolis Two (F2) and FusionopolisTwo (F2). Work Scope includes Fire Protection, Mechanical System, Plumbing & Sanitary at Towers A & B of INNOVIS & KINESIS and Tower C of SYNTHESIS. And for ACMV, Fire Protection and Sanitary at FUSIONOPOLIS 1.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”26920″ img_size=”258X208″ css=””][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”26921″ img_size=”258X208″ css=””][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”26923″ img_size=”258X208″ css=””][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_single_image image=”26916″ img_size=”1328×500″ alignment=”center” css=””][vc_column_text]Winning the OCBC contract to switch their existing ceiling lights to PANASONIC LED Lightings from 5 \u2013 49 floors was in deed a huge marketing victory for E-TECH and PANASONIC. As their dealer for their LED Lightings in Singapore, this project was a major platform to showcase our capabilities and excellent service delivery for an important brand name client, OCBC. Singapore Post Limited, commonly abbreviated as\u00a0SingPost, is another valued client of E-TECH. The company provides domestic and international postal services and logistics services and as an M&E service provider to SingPost, we are mindful of the extremely high level of operational efficiency expectations, Our recent contract from SingPost involved the reinstatement of their Tampines Branch Post Office in CPF Building in Tampines. A full range of demolition, sprinkle realignment, painting and related appurtenant works and services to the demised premises was successfully executed.<\/span><\/p>\n
