Ms Chow Ching Sian

Ms Chow Ching Sian is the Chief Financial Officer of the Singapore Labour Foundation (“SLF”), having been appointed on 1 July 2025. In her role, she oversees the finance, risk management, compliance and internal audit functions of SLF. Ching Sian has over 25 years of experience across financial and management reporting, taxation, compliance, risk management, audit, acquisitions and divestments, and equity fund-raising activities.

Prior to joining SLF, Ching Sian served as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Ellipsiz Ltd, a company listed on SGX Mainboard, where she led the Group’s finance, legal and corporate secretarial, compliance and sustainability reporting functions. She worked closely with the Board and senior management to drive business growth and operational improvements, played a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, managed the mandatory general offer process for a Singapore-listed company, and supported the Group’s strategic diversification into the FMCG sector.

Before Ellipsiz Ltd, Ching Sian held various senior finance appointments within Keppel Limited’s Fund Management and Investment Platforms, including Chief Financial Officer of Keppel DC REIT Management Pte. Ltd., Senior Vice President at Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte. Ltd., and Vice President at Keppel REIT Management Limited. During her tenure, she contributed to the growth of assets under management across the listed real estate and infrastructure investment vehicles, supported acquisitions and divestments, led equity and debt fundraising exercises, and actively engaged with the boards and board committees, regulators and investors.

Ching Sian began her career as an auditor with Deloitte and held various finance positions in other listed companies in Singapore. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Nanyang Technological University and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
