Critical Criteria
- The Tenderer shall attend the mandatory Tender Briefing and Site Show Around.
- The Tenderer shall include a written declaration with its tender document submission that it is not debarred from participating in public sector tenders as at the Tender Closing Date.
- The Tenderer shall not have been issued Full Stop Work Order by Ministry of Manpower within six months before the tender closing date.
- The Tenderer shall have a valid registration with Building Construction Authority (BCA) under Workhead “CR06 – Interior Decoration & Finishing Works” and minimum Financial Grade L3 (up to S$5 million).
- The Tenderer shall possess a minimum BizSAFE Level 3 certification.
- The Tenderer shall ensure that all appointed sub-contractors are registered with BCA.
- The Tenderer shall provide a minimum Defects Liability Period of 12 months from the date of official handover and acceptance by e2i.
- The Tenderer shall hand over completed site to e2i on 15 March 2027 (11 weeks from date of award).
