{"id":59442,"date":"2022-03-28T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-27T16:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/glutenfreepleasure.com\/__proxy_domain\/www.expressprint.com.sg\/embossing-artwork-specification\/"},"modified":"2023-10-18T02:44:55","modified_gmt":"2023-10-17T18:44:55","slug":"embossing-artwork-specification","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/glutenfreepleasure.com\/__proxy_domain\/www.expressprint.com.sg\/embossing-artwork-specification\/","title":{"rendered":"Embossing Artwork Specification"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Part A : Limitation Checklist<\/h3>\n<h4>General (Precaution)<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Embossing is NOT ALLOWED to apply on gluing area.<\/li>\n<li>Embossing must NOT overlap with Silkscreen Spot UV artwork.<\/li>\n<li>Vital elements (text, images, logo, etc) must be kept within the safe zone.<\/li>\n<li>Embossing is apply, at least 3mm from the creasing line.<\/li>\n<li>Embossing is NOT ALLOWED to do in JPEG (Must in vector).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Font<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Font size cannot less than 11.0 points (based on Arial font type size) include wording inside small logo.<\/li>\n<li>Font size that is less than 11.0 points (based on Arial font type size), the word(s) will be embossed as a whole instead of individual letter.<\/li>\n<li>Do not use font type with sharp end edge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Line<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Line thickness must or more than 1.0 point.<\/li>\n<li>Gap between Embossing lines cannot less than 2.0mm.<\/li>\n<li>Outline of table is not allowed to apply (Miss-registration is more noticeable).<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-25870\" src=\"https:\/\/glutenfreepleasure.com\/__proxy_domain\/expressprint.com.sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/Layer-2-8.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"302\" height=\"78\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Dot<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Dot thickness cannot less than 2.0 point.<\/li>\n<li>Gap between Embossing dots cannot less than 1.0mm.<\/li>\n<li>Dot artwork may also including small symbol and character, example Comma (,), Full Stop(.), Colon (:), Semi Colon (;), Apostophes (&#8216;), Quotation Marks (\u201c), and etc.<\/li>\n<li>Symbol and character as mentioned above which create using Font (Arial font type), the font size cannot less than 20 points. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-25864\" src=\"https:\/\/glutenfreepleasure.com\/__proxy_domain\/expressprint.com.sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/1_Layer-3-7.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"306\" height=\"218\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Misregistration<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Registration accuracy of Embossing is \u00b1 0.5 mm. For products with Emboss finishing, customer may not reject order if Emboss defects affect only 2% or below of the printed quantity per order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Part B : Artwork preparation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Embossing artwork can be a vector graphic(vector) , text , shape or solid color.<\/li>\n<li>Embossing artwork must prepare in 100% PROCESS CYAN color and NO TONING is allowed.<\/li>\n<li>Emboss artwork must be accurately aligned with the printing artwork.
