1. Campaign Period<\/b><\/h1>\n

  1. This promotion (\u201cCampaign\u201d) runs from 15 July 2026 to 15 August 2026, both dates inclusive (\u201cCampaign Period\u201d), unless otherwise extended, shortened, or terminated by Helpling.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2. Eligibility<\/b><\/h1>\n

    1. Open to all Helpling customers, new and existing, who make and complete a booking on Helpling.com.sg or via the Helpling app during the Campaign Period.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. A \u201cnew customer\u201d is defined as an individual who has never had a Helpling account or booking prior to 15 July 2026 under their email, phone number, or household.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Terms and conditions of the relevant booking type apply to all bookings made under this Campaign.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Employees of Helpling and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      3. How to Enter<\/b><\/h1>\n

      1. Sign up or log in on Helpling.com.sg or via the Helpling app.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Make and complete a booking during the Campaign Period.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Each booking made and completed during the Campaign Period earns the customer 1 entry into the prize draw.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. New customers will receive an exclusive $10 welcome discount on their first booking by applying the promo code Xtra10 at checkout.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        4. Prizes<\/b><\/h1>\n
          \n
        1. 1 winner will receive 1 year of free cleaning.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            \n
          • The grand prize entitles the winner to 1 free classic clean per month for 12 consecutive months from the date of issue.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Each session is 3 hours in duration.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Weekend and festive surcharges are not included and remain payable by the winner.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • The free cleaning credit must be used within the calendar month it is issued and cannot be carried forward, combined, or exchanged for cash or other items.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            1. The $10 welcome discount is valid for first-time customers only and is applied by entering the promo code Xtra10 at checkout. It cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless stated otherwise.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              5. Winner Selection and Announcement<\/b><\/h1>\n

              1. The winner will be selected via a random draw conducted by Helpling on 29 August 2026, being 2 weeks after the Campaign Period ends.<\/span><\/li>\n
              2. The winner will be notified by email and\/or WhatsApp by 31 August 2026.<\/span><\/li>\n
              3. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Helpling reserves the right to select an alternate winner.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                6. General Terms<\/b><\/h1>\n

                1. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.<\/span><\/li>\n
                2. Helpling reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may request proof of identity or completed bookings.<\/span><\/li>\n
                3. By participating, customers agree to Helpling using their name and anonymised booking details for promotional purposes related to this Campaign.<\/span><\/li>\n
                4. Helpling reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign if unforeseen circumstances arise, without prior notice.<\/span><\/li>\n
                5. Standard Helpling terms of service apply to all bookings made under this Campaign.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
