Appointed as Director on 3 August 2020, Mr Ho assumed the full responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer on 17 August 2020. He is also the Non-Executive Director of Tasek Corporation Berhad (“TCB”) and China Yuchai International (“CYI”) which are subsidiaries of HLA.<\/p>

Mr Ho was formerly the Group Chief Financial Officer (\u201cCFO\u201d) of Wilmar International Limited, one of the largest agribusinesses in Asia and listed on SGX as well as a Fortune 500 company. He has 37 years of experience in the Finance industry, including executive positions with Dutch multinational corporate, Royal Phillips between 1999 to 2011 – as Head of Corporate Finance in the Regional Finance Center, as Global Head of Treasury and Finance for an independent JV business in HK, and as Asia Pacific and Greater China CFO based in Shanghai.<\/p>

Prior to his Corporate CFO role, Mr Ho worked for major international financial institutions in Singapore, Hong Kong and New York in different areas of Corporate Banking, Global Markets Trading, Marketing and Sales.

Mr Ho received his Bachelor of Commerce and Administration degree from the Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand and attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, Boston, US in the fall of 1998.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

Ms Josephine Lee was appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer of Hong Leong Asia on 5 August 2024.<\/p>

As Group Chief Financial Officer, Ms Lee will lead the Group\u2019s finance function and oversee the financial operations in Singapore, Malaysia and China. Her responsibilities include the Group\u2019s overall financial plans and accounting practices, financial reporting and controls, planning and analysis, risk management, audit and treasury. She will also partner business units to enhance the competitiveness and profitability of the Group and ensure that business performance is in line with HLA\u2019s overall business strategy.<\/p>

Ms Lee has over 25 years of experience across a wide spectrum of industries and geographies, having accumulated extensive experience in the areas of financial planning and reporting, capital markets and fund raising, corporate governance, corporate strategy, treasury management, mergers and acquisitions, as well as audit and control. Prior to joining HLA, Ms Lee was the Finance Director at Ho Bee Land Limited from July 2018 to May 2023; concurrently, she was also Company Secretary from June 2022 to April 2023 at Ho Bee Land Limited. She also held numerous senior finance roles including Chief Financial Officer at Frasers Hospitality Asset Management Pte Ltd and Frasers Hospitality Trust Management Pte Ltd, and Finance Director at Venture Corporation Limited.<\/p>

Ms Lee graduated from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore with a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy (Honours). Appointed as Executive Director on 26 April 2023, Ms Kwek joined Hong Leong Asia (“HLA”) as Senior Business Development Manager on 2 January 2020 and was appointed Head of Sustainability and Corporate Affairs of HLA on 12 January 2021.<\/p>

Ms Kwek’s main responsibility is to oversee the Group’s strategic direction in its sustainability reporting framework and management of Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) issues across its business units. She will also be responsible for managing the Group’s corporate communication efforts and business relations with stakeholders of the Group’s businesses.<\/p>

Ms Loo Hwee Fang was appointed as Group General Counsel and Head of Compliance of Hong Leong Asia Group on 1 June, 2022.<\/p>

Prior to joining HLA, Hwee Fang was the Group, General Counsel and Company Secretary of Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd. She has more than 20 years of experience in areas of Legal, Corporate Secretarial and Corporate Governance.<\/p>

Ms Tan Hui Pin was appointed as Head, Group Human Resource of Hong Leong Asia on November 21, 2024.<\/p>

Ms Tan has over 20 years of human resources experience. Prior to joining HLA, Hui Pin held several senior HR positions including Head of Human Resource with Akribis System Pte Ltd in Singapore and Vice President, Human Resource Business Partnering & General Manager, Human Resource in Capitaland, in China.<\/p>

Mr Lo was appointed Head of Internal Audit of Hong Leong Asia (“HLA”) on 1 August 2018.<\/p>

Mr Lo\u2019s main responsibilities are to develop and implement the overall audit strategy and provide a risk-based and independent assurance by assisting the Board and the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) to evaluate the reliability, adequacy and effectiveness of the internal controls and risk management processes of the Group.<\/p>

Mr Lo has more than 25 years of experience in overseeing Corporate Governance functions as well as managing Finance and Operations audits in the Asia-Pacific region while working in multinational companies such as Philips, Flextronics, and Dimension Data (subsidiary of NTT Ltd) prior to his role at HLA. In his earlier career, Mr Lo had also worked in a regional Financial Controlling role for about 5 years in Carl Zeiss Pte Ltd, overseeing South-East-Asia\u2019s Finance and Accounting\u2019s department, after gaining his audit foundations in external audit with KPMG and PwC Singapore.

Mr Lo holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore and a Master of Science in Information Technology from De Montfort University, UK. Mr Joshua Loh was appointed as Head of Information Technology (IT) of Hong Leong Asia Group on 30 May, 2022.<\/span><\/p>

Prior to joining HLA, Joshua was a Senior Manager, IT with Robert Bosch (SEA) Pte Ltd. \u00a0He has 17 years of global IT leadership experiences, driving organization success through effective business and IT-aligned digital transformation initiatives.<\/span><\/p>

Joshua holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor Degree of Computing and Mathematical Sciences from the University of Western Australia. Mr Hoh was appointed President and a Director of the Company on July 17, 2013 and November 11, 2011, respectively. He was the Chief Financial Officer of the Company from May 1, 2008 to November 10, 2011. He was also appointed Director of GYMCL and HLGE from December 26, 2008 and February 16, 2011, respectively.<\/p>

Mr Hoh has more than 25 years of working experience with extensive regional experience in Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and China. He has worked in various roles with companies including Johnson Electric Industrial Manufactory Limited as well as Henan Xinfei Electric Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hong Leong Asia. Previously, he held the position of Financial Controller of the Company from 2002 to 2003.<\/p>

Mr Hoh has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Accountancy from the University of Canterbury, Christchurch, New Zealand and an M.B.A. degree from Massey University, New Zealand. Mr Simon Loh was appointed Chief Operating Officer (\u201cCOO\u201d) of the Group\u2019s Building Materials business in Singapore on 1 October 2022. As the COO for the Building Materials portfolio in Singapore, he is responsible for managing the various business comprising cement, ready-mix concrete, precast as well as the granite and trading operations. He is also involved in the development and execution of business strategies and corporate plans to enhance the competitiveness and profitability of the Building Materials portfolio in Singapore.<\/p>

Mr Loh has over 30 years of experience in the building materials industry. Prior to joining Island Concrete (Private) Ltd in 2018 as General Manager, Mr Loh was the Commercial Director of the ready-mix division and General Manager of the drymix division at LafargeHolcim Singapore, where he provided leadership and directions to the business divisions and ensured overall business growth for the company from 2008 till 2018. Earlier on in his career, he has held various concurrent senior managerial positions with P&L responsibilities over Ssangyong Cement Ltd\u2019s subsidiaries in Singapore and Malaysia from 1990 to 1996. In 1996, he joined Dyckerhoff Construction Products as a Board Director and General Manager where he was responsible for its business across the Southeast Asia region till 2008.<\/p>

Mr Loh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (2nd Upper Class Honours) in Civil Engineering from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, in the United Kingdom and a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. Appointed as Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO) on 1 November 2021, Mr Chen oversees the cement business operations of Tasek Corporation Berhad (TCB) including Plant Operations, Finance & Treasury, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Logistic, Supply Chain and Human Resource departments. He also leads the overall ready-mixed concrete business under Tasek Concrete Sdn Bhd (TCSB).<\/p>

Prior to becoming GCOO, Mr Chen was formerly with YTL Cement Marketing as General Manager responsible for the national distribution channel and CMCM Perniagaan Sdn. Bhd.<\/p>

Mr Chen brings with him over 30 years of extensive experience in the building materials industry focused on cement, drymix and concrete operations; providing leadership and management to the business and responsible for the operations of the company.
