We highly recommend mailing the items\/s via registered mail to us. JOVET will not proceed with the exchange if the parcel does not reach us and we are not liable for lost mails sent via normal mail.<\/li><li>Please obtain proof of posting as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches our warehoues. Ensure proper packaging to prevent any damage to the returned items. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.<\/li><li>International customers will bear the registered shipping costs both ways.<\/li><li>Once we receive your package, we will inspect and process the goods within 2 working days to ensure you receive your new item as soon as possible.
