Top-Notch Pet Grooming in Chinatown

We are very delighted to have Louis be our dog Bailey’s groomer. My dog is a 18 year old maltipoo that is both blind and deaf and may be a challenge to work with as he is sensitive to touch around his face and may get abit aggressive.
Louis remained calm and gentle and groomed our boy wonderfully and even took time to be friendly and bond with him as much as possible before and after the grooming. This to us is above and beyond the scope of work.
We really appreciate and are thankful for Louis’s skills and care and hope he will remain our primary groomer.

My dog struggles with reactivity to other dogs so I decided to book at home grooming sessions for him. He has now had two sessions with Louis. I was worried that my dog would be difficult during the grooming, but Louis put him at ease and the groom was successfully completed on both occasions. I am very happy to have found this service and will continue to use them.

Chelsea is very gentle in the way she handles both of my cats. She’s also professional and we are very pleased with the grooming she’s done.

Had such a good experience with Chelsea today! She was incredibly patient and gentle with my cats, Rocket and Chester, who can get quite anxious during grooming. Really appreciated how she took her time to soothe them and make sure they were comfortable throughout. Made grooming for my cats a lot less anxious as a cat parent 🐈🐈‍⬛

I was truly impressed with Fiona’s punctuality to start with. She did a great job in grooming Nahla, my fur kid. Fiona lovingly coaxed Nahla whenever she tried to get away especially when clipping her nails and drying after shower. Can see that she does her work with passion. It was a pleasant experience as my first time engaging grooming service from likeable pets. They were easy to contact and book over Whatsapp. The groomer, Mela, is very patient and careful when handling my cats. She also reached out in advance to inform the preparations needed and was very kind to share some tips too! Most importantly, Mela was fast and efficient to ensure minimal stress to my cats.
