No employees yet? Nothing to pay, nothing to deduct.<\/p>\n<p>That first employee could be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Your first hire.<\/li>\n<li>Once you start drawing a salary from the company.<\/li>\n<li>A part-timer or temp \u2014 the work contract matters, not the hours worked.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>One timing note: the obligation starts the same month the first salary is paid, not when the work contract is signed.
