He is responsible for providing overall strategic leadership and overseeing the Group\u2019s business development and operations, including the formulation and execution of its long-term growth strategies. <br \/><br \/>Dr. Tay has over 17 years of clinical experience in anaesthesiology, with a special interest in pain management. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2004 and obtained his Master of Medicine (Anaesthesiology) in 2009. Following the completion of his specialist training in Singapore, he undertook a multidisciplinary chronic pain clinical fellowship at St. Joseph\u2019s Health Care London in London, Ontario, Canada, in 2012. <br \/><br \/>Dr. Tay was promoted to Consultant at Singapore General Hospital in May 2013. He left Singapore General Hospital in late 2014 to establish his private practice in 2015 before joining Livingstone Health. He also served as Visiting Consultant at the Pain Management Centre and the Department of Anaesthesiology at Singapore General Hospital until 2016. <br \/><br \/>Dr. Tay has extensive experience in the management of chronic pain conditions, including neck and back pain, headaches, abdominal and pelvic pain, and cancer pain. He is proficient in the use of multimodality imaging techniques, including ultrasound and fluoroscopy, to guide pain interventions and improve procedural accuracy and patient outcomes. <br \/><br \/>Dr. Tay has published in peer-reviewed medical journals and is regularly invited to speak at local and international conferences on pain management.
