Every tree comes with a <strong>complimentary 10-year warranty<\/strong> against manufacturing defects, with the option to upgrade to our <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/glutenfreepleasure.com\/__proxy_domain\/www.mason.com.sg\/product\/extended-warranty\/\"><strong>Premium Extended Warranty<\/strong><\/a><\/span> for extra peace of mind.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Standard Warranty (Complimentary)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Coverage: 10 years, limited to manufacturing defects.<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s covered:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Structural defects in the trunk or frame.<\/li>\n<li>Major faults in hinged branches or assembly mechanism.<\/li>\n<li>Manufacturing faults that prevent normal setup or use.<\/li>\n<li>What\u2019s not covered:<\/li>\n<li>General wear and tear from regular use.<\/li>\n<li>Shedding of needles or minor cosmetic issues.<\/li>\n<li>Damage caused by mishandling, storage, pets, accidents, or modifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Resolution: If your tree is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the affected part at our discretion.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Premium Extended Warranty (Optional Add-On)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>For just $100 per tree, you can upgrade to our Extended Warranty Plan, which gives you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1-for-1 Tree Replacement<\/strong> for 3 years from purchase.<\/li>\n<li>Valid for any issue \u2014 whether accidental damage, wear and tear, or defects.<\/li>\n<li>Replacement with a tree of the same or equivalent model (subject to availability).<\/li>\n<li><strong data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"658\">Important:<\/strong> Each Extended Warranty covers <strong data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"719\">one replacement claim only<\/strong> during the 3-year period. <br \/>Once a replacement has been made, the Extended Warranty is considered fully used and will no longer be valid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>How It Works<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the <strong>Extended Warranty Add-On<\/strong> when purchasing your tree.
