The menu at Morsels evolves regularly, showcasing progressive Asian Fusion cuisine<\/strong> that fuses local produce<\/strong>, global inspiration<\/strong>, and house-fermented ingredients<\/strong> handcrafted since 2018. As the 2024 Hungarian Mangalitsa Pork Ambassador<\/strong>, Chef Petrina\u2014one of Singapore\u2019s most respected female chefs\u2014champions sustainability, craftsmanship<\/strong>, and deep-rooted culinary storytelling<\/strong> through collaborations with farmers<\/strong>, winemakers<\/strong>, and artisanal producers<\/strong> around the world.<\/p>

In 2025, Morsels returns to its original spirit with a casual small plates wine bar concept<\/strong>, featuring a rotating \u00e0 la carte menu every 3 to 4 months<\/strong>. Chef Petrina Loh<\/strong>, born and raised in Singapore, is the chef-owner of Morsels<\/strong> and a trailblazer in Singapore\u2019s culinary scene. A former private banker<\/strong>, Petrina made a bold career shift at the age of 29 to pursue her true passion\u2014cooking. She moved to San Francisco<\/strong>, where she trained at the prestigious California Culinary Academy\u2019s Le Cordon Bleu program<\/strong>, and gained hands-on experience at multiple Michelin-starred restaurants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In 2012<\/strong>, she returned home to Singapore with a vision\u2014and Morsels<\/strong> was born the following year.<\/p>\n

Chef Petrina is best known for her progressive Asian Fusion cuisine<\/strong> that marries food anthropology<\/strong>, slow food principles<\/strong>, and artisanal cooking techniques<\/strong>. Her dishes are deeply inspired by her heritage, global travels, and a love for fermentation<\/strong>, sustainability<\/strong>, and nourishing ingredients<\/strong> that heal as much as they excite the palate.<\/p>\n

\u201cI like to work with a variety of ingredients,\u201d she shares, \u201cteasing out their natural flavors to create a trained frenzy of sweet, salty, bitter, sour and umami<\/strong>\u2014while playing with temperature and texture, all on one plate.\u201d<\/p>\n
