This role will work closely with the other departments to delivery high standard of account servicing and excellent client experience with the agency.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Job Responsibilities:<\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Account management to retain and grow the portfolio in order to achieve the renewal revenue target set for the year<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Act as the single point of contact between client and agency<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attend campaign brief with clients<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To understand clients\u2019 business\/brand to provide recommendation in digital marketing solutions to achieve marketing objectives<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain and strengthen relationship with existing clients assigned through regular contact via phone, email or face to face meeting<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Day-to-day management of clients\u2019 campaign<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Liaise with internal departments to deliver task necessary for the campaigns<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Review and raise initiatives to improve clients\u2019 digital campaign performance<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Generate reports for client\u2019s campaigns<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>We\u2019re looking for you if you have\u2026<\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At least 2 years &#8211; 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Needs to be sales driven and comfortable in achieving renewal revenue growth<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excellent writing skills and verbal communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong passion in Media\/Online Marketing solutions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience in understanding needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Knowledge of ad platforms and management tools including but not limited to <\/span><b>Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels\/Ad Manager<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Google Ads Certified will be advantageous\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prior Agency experience on client management will be strongly preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Knowledge transfer and sharing among team members<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interested candidates may click <\/span><b>APPLY NOW <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">or email to hrtalentteam@oom.com.sg<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Account Manager is responsible for retention and growth of accounts assigned to them.
