Describe your role in OOm as a Team Lead, Senior Business Manager.<\/b>

As a Senior Business Manager Team Lead, my primary responsibilities include overseeing and taking care of my team members. With that being said, it goes beyond a backseat role. It is also important for me to collaborate with my team to deliver exceptional service, especially to clients with complex requirements. When it comes to new members, I dedicate time training them on product knowledge and salesmanship to empower them with greater independence and excellent performance.\u00a0 <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you feel about working in OOm for the 5th Year?<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

I am very happy with the progress I have made at OOm in my five years here. I joined the team as a Business Manager and am glad to be valued now as a team lead. Working at OOm has been nothing short of memorable and apart from gaining work experience and knowledge, I learnt a lot about life too! Probably the best part about sticking with a company for this long is being able to grow together with it. This opportunity for career advancement is not something every company provides, so I am extremely appreciative. Meeting people from all walks of life and continuous learning are among the many reasons why working here has been such a joy to me.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Tell me about one memorable incident \/ experience you had while working in OOm.<\/b>

At OOm, the memorable experiences are constant. Lynn and William are my ride or die team members. Together, we work to achieve milestone after milestone as a team and every milestone is one I will never forget.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you do during your free time?<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

I am both an indoor and outdoor person so my hobbies include both. When I am out, I like to play cards, take a chill walk, indulge in good food and get my shopping therapy fix. When I am home, most of my time is spent watching either football, which has been a huge part of my life since I was 8 or 9, or bingeing on K-dramas. K-dramas these days have superb storylines and attractive casts. I highly recommend Beyond Evil!<\/span><\/p>\n
