I have over 27 years of experience in this sector as a teacher and a leader.<\/p>\n<p>I have an MSc. in Early Childhood Education from Boston University and did my Montessori training in the United States. I am a fully qualified Montessori Directress as well as qualified trainer for WSQ courses. I conduct in-house staff training on a regular basis and oversee the curricula for our Nursery 2 and Kindergarten children.<\/p>\n<p>I have 2 daughters, aged 25 and 24 years. My older child is working with the London Stock Exchange Group in London as a Senior Product Manager \u2013 Equities Trading after graduating from Yale-NUS College in 2019. And my younger child is working with Climate Analytics in New York after obtaining her master\u2019s from Yale University and bachelor\u2019s degree from Oxford University.<\/p>\n<p>I believe, as parents, we are our children\u2019s first teachers. Our involvement in their growth and well-being should encompass their academic as well as social-emotional development.
