It could rise even further as commodity prices increased due to the Ukraine-Russia war. The MAS took the step of tightening monetary policy by strengthening the Singapore dollar to combat inflation. Inflation has hit multi-year highs for countries like the USA, UK and Japan. While a stronger Sing Dollar will help to soften the blow of inflation as Singapore imports almost everything, this is also one of the main causes of rising prices in Singapore. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"font-size-18 wp-block-paragraph\">Phillip MSCI Singapore Daily (2X) Leveraged Product and Phillip MSCI Singapore Daily (-1X) Inverse Product are ETPs that are traded on the exchanges.
