All instances of whistleblowing reports will be independently reviewed and assessed by the independent and non-executive chairman, Dr John Chen.<\/p><p><strong>Confidentiality and Anonymity<\/strong><\/p><p>Whistleblowers should report their concerns in good faith. The policy ensures that all reports will be handled with the utmost confidentiality. Where permissible by law, employees may also choose to report concerns anonymously.<\/p><p><strong>Channels for whistleblowing:<\/strong><\/p><p>a)\u00a0 The Whistleblower can choose to download the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/glutenfreepleasure.com\/__proxy_domain\/www.saccapital.com.sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/1970\/01\/Whistleblowing-Form.v3.pdf\">Whistleblowing Information Form<\/a>\u201d and complete the required form via any of the following channels:<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0(i)\u00a0 Send an email to <a href=\"mailto:jspchen@saccapital.com.sg\">jspchen@saccapital.com.sg<\/a>; or<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0(ii)\u00a0 Post in a sealed envelope marked \u201cPrivate and Confidential\u201d, addressed Dr John chen, and send to the Company\u2019s address at 1 Robinson Road, #21-01, AIA Tower, Singapore 048542.<\/p><p>b)\u00a0 If the Whistleblower does not like to use the form, the Whistleblower should as far as practicable, provide the information, such as:<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0(i)\u00a0 \u00a0Date, time and place of the actions \/ transactions.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0(ii)\u00a0 Identity and particulars of the parties involved.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0(iii) Circumstances leading to the improprieties.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0(iv) Reason(s) for the concern.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0(v)\u00a0 Any other relevant information or documentation that would assist in evaluating the report\/incident.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SAC Capital\u2019s Whistleblowing Policy provides an avenue for employees and external parties to raise concerns within SAC Group, without fear of reprisal.
