$250,000 RAISED FOR COMMUNITY CHEST
Our inaugural SBS Transit Hearts campaign raised $250,000 through corporate and public donations, SBS Transit’s contributions and sales of limited-edition SBS Transit EZ-Link cards.
The funds supported over 200 programmes through Community Chest for children with special needs, youth at risk, adults with disabilities, individuals with mental health conditions, and seniors and families in need.
A DAY OUT AT GARDENS BY THE BAY
Hearts 2024 brought together beneficiaries from MINDS, SPD and AWWA, alongside residents from low-income households in Queenstown, for a day out at Gardens by the Bay.
Our Travel Buddies accompanied beneficiaries on public transport, providing practical guidance to help them navigate unfamiliar routes with greater confidence. At the venue, participants explored our accessible travel initiatives, took part in a terrarium-making workshop and enjoyed live performances.
