Outstanding charges must be removed before an application can be made.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text\">\u200b<\/span><\/span><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">4.\u00a0If the company is an exempt private company and its last audited accounts show no assets or liabilities, it should submit a copy of its certificate of exempt private company.<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">If there are assets or liabilities, the company must enclose this last set of audited accounts in its application and directors need to explain in their applications how these assets or liabilities are disposed.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text\">\u200b<\/span><\/span><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">5.\u00a0The company does not have any outstanding penalties, outstanding charges or offers of composition owing to the Registry.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text\">\u200b<\/span><\/span><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">6.\u00a0The company does not have any outstanding tax liabilities with IRAS.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text\">\u200b<\/span><\/span><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">7.\u00a0The company is not indebted to other government departments.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text\">\u200b<\/span><\/span><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">8.\u00a0The company directors and secretary (officers) must not have any unsettled ACRA summons.<\/span><\/p><p
