A luxury boutique hotel with only 40 rooms, to ensure the tranquility I craved so that I could quiet my mind and I was not disappointed. The Brooke-Popham suite at The Barracks Hotel, was just the abode that offered privacy and space to think, plan and imagine 2020 for my creative business. With a place this beautiful, the stay was made unforgettable because the staff took hospitality to new heights with their level of attentiveness.

    Imbiah Station is the nearest tram station situated approximately a 3-min walk from the hotel.

  • Are all modes of transport allowed into the island and how do I obtain free admission?

    Admission into Sentosa is complimentary for hotel guests, up to 4 persons per booking confirmation.

    By Car or Taxi
    Present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Admission Gantry 1 or 2 for complimentary admission into the island.

    By Sentosa Express monorail
    Present your hotel confirmation at the ticketing counter at VivoCity (Lobby L, Level 3) for QR code. Scan the QR code at the Express QR Reader for complimentary ride on the Sentosa Express monorail into the island. Ticketing counter closes at 6pm, please approach the staff at the turnstiles for assistance.

    By Motorcycle
    As part of Sentosa Development Corporation’s regulations, motorcycles are not allowed on the island.

  • What is the check-in and check-out policy of your hotel?

    Check-in: 3:00 PM, Checkout: 12:00 PM

    For an early check-in, a pre-blocking of room is required for a confirmed early check-in, chargeable at 1 night’s charge.

    For late checkout at 6:00 PM, it will be chargeable at half-day rate. For checkout after 6:00 PM, a full-day charge applies.

  • What are the check-in requirements for guests?

    In accordance with the National Registration Regulations, guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. A valid physical identification (passport or NRIC) is required at registration. Driver’s licenses, membership cards, and Singpass will not be accepted.

  • Are laundry services available at your hotel?

    Dry cleaning and laundry service are available. You may refer to the in-room laundry list for charges or approach any of our staff to assist you.

  • Are there parking lots at the hotel for guests and is it free?

    Complimentary parking is available for hotel guests.

  • Is there a smoking area in your hotel?

    Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hotel building. Guests are allowed to smoke in designated smoking areas outside the hotel.
    Guests will be fined a sum of SGD 200 if caught smoking inside the room.

  • Can I store my luggage at the hotel before the official check-in time?

    Luggage storage is available to hotel guests on a complimentary basis. Guests who arrive before their check-in time may store their bags until their rooms are ready. Guests may also store their bags following their checkout until the end of the day.

  • What is the voltage, pin and plug used in Singapore?

    Our hotels follow the Singapore standard and use the British BS1362 three-pronged square pin type socket.

  • What is the breakfast timing?

    Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM.

  • Do you provide baby cribs in the rooms?

    Baby cots and baby cribs are available on request for our Suites and are subject to availability.

  • Are there vegetarian/halal meals available?

    Vegetarian meals are available for breakfast and in-room dining.

    Our hotel is not Halal certified.

  • Can you assist in setting up a room for celebration?
