However, the terms of warranty shall be superseded by the warranty specified in the latest quotation.<\/p>\n<p>Cost of courier or freight of part that is non-stock & to be imported from overseas shall be borne by the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0985b28 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0985b28\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Pre-owned Equipment<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-33d23ad elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_text_block\" data-id=\"33d23ad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wd_text_block.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-text-block reset-last-child text-left\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p>Topchef warrants that the kitchen equipment sold shall be in good working condition, depending on the life span of the equipment. Buyer of equipment should always follow proper use, use with care & appropriate maintenance instructions.<\/p>\n<p>Warranty covers parts only for a period of 3 months. It does not cover breakdown of equipment attributed to mishandling, negligence or wear & tear.
