Every photoshoot at White Room Studio runs the same way, from your first message to the day you collect your prints. We photograph at 219 River Valley Road, in a 1927 shophouse with two floors of natural light, big windows, original timber floorboards and a balcony overlooking Fort Canning Park. A studio session runs an hour and a half, and you come back one to two weeks later to see your photographs. This page walks you through all of it.<\/p>\n

What Happens On The Day Of Your Photoshoot<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

You\u2019ll arrive at our 2-storey loft, <\/strong>a tastefully appointed space which offers a range of concepts to suit different themes. A slew of dedicated facilities<\/strong> \u2014 such as changing rooms and a makeup room \u2014 are free to use. Expect free Wi-Fi and a pantry stocked with complimentary tea and coffee. Our studio is located on Level 2, please take the staircase to the second floor. Kindly note that there is no lift access.<\/p>\n

A 1.5 hour studio session allows everyone to feel relaxed, and the duration is perfect for us to photograph your family at their best!<\/p>\n

Our team will make you feel at home<\/strong> in our studio. Be our guest \u2014 we are all about capturing stunning portraiture whilst making the whole experience fun and enjoyable for you. <\/strong>There are also dedicated studio assistants<\/strong> to ensure each photoshoot runs smoothly.<\/p>\n

When Do You Get Your Photos<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

The precious moments we\u2019ve captured for you and family will now be curated, enhanced and prepared to ensure that you see your images as your photographer intended.<\/p>\n

We invite you back to view your images 1-2 weeks after your shoot<\/strong>. A viewing session is 1.5 hours, <\/strong>which allows us to\u00a0show off all your portraits in the comfort of our Gallery Room<\/strong> whilst you sit back and enjoy the show.<\/p>\n

We will give invaluable advice on finishes, framing options and album possibilities suited to your personalised needs. During your session, you may also discover our full product line-up<\/a> and purchase more photos if you wish.<\/p>\n

Do show us the areas of your home you may be considering displaying your images along with rough measurements to ensure the perfect fit!<\/p>\n

*Please note the selection process for the photos taken during the shoot is exclusively carried out in our studio, and we do not provide soft copies in PDF format for the purpose of choosing the final images.<\/p>\n

How Long Do Prints And Albums Take<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

As part of your package, each selected photograph will be retouched by our professional digital imaging artists. Below is a guide for various product orders.<\/p>\n

Photographic prints can take up to 3 weeks. Canvases, acrylic blocks, and frames can take up to 3 weeks or more, depending on the sizes and quantity you have ordered.<\/span><\/p>\n

For coffee table books, retouching and designing of the albums alone will take around an estimated 3 weeks.\u00a0Printing of the book will take another 4 weeks.<\/p>\n

Please note that if you have multiple product orders, the total processing time may take longer than stated. Rest assured that we are working diligently to ensure you receive your keepsakes on time.<\/p>\n

Collecting Your Photos And Albums<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

All collections are strictly by appointments only. We will send out a message to inform you once your products are ready for collection. Our head office is open from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We highly encourage you to drop by in person to collect your items. This is to minimise any accidents that may happen during delivery, and you can also personally confirm that your orders are satisfactory and correct.<\/p>\n
