Even as Singapore commemorates the bicentennial\nanniversary of Sir Stamford Raffles\u2019 arrival on our shores, we want to\nacknowledge our 700-year history as a global port and cosmopolitan city \u2013 situated at the crossroads of East and West, tradition\nand modernity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A\nsurprise line-up of the leading chefs from Singapore\u2019s culinary scene will be coming together to present an\nexquisite menu inspired by our local cuisines. The much-anticipated concert\nthis year will feature a constellation of Singapore\u2019s brightest theatre stars, including Pam Oei, Siti\nKhalijah Zainal, Hossan Leong and Ebi Shankara \u2013\nwhile not forgetting Ivan Heng and Glen Goei!
