Participants might have to attend extra workshops when master classes conducted by other instructors are arranged.<\/p>\n<p>All applicants must be able to commit to the above timeline for the programme.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>ESTIMATED CLASS SIZE<\/strong>: 12-16 participants<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>AGE RANGE<\/strong>: 18-30 years old<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>PROGRAMME FEES<\/strong>: $2,000 (before GST)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>AUDITIONS WILL BE HELD ON THE FOLLOWING DAY<\/strong>S:<\/p>\n<p>9 June, Monday, 7pm \u2013 10pm<br>10 June, Tuesday, 7pm \u2013 10pm<br>14 June, Saturday, 10am \u2013 6pm<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":5} --><\/p>\n<h5><strong>REQUIREMENTS FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN AUDITIONING<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Prepare and memorise two short monologues (1 \u2013 2 minutes in length)<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list {\"ordered\":true,\"type\":\"1\"} --><\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>One monologue from a Shakespeare play; and<\/li>\n<li>A contrasting monologue from a contemporary play of your choosing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Please select your monologues from published plays only.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Your audition will also include a short interview.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates should submit their applications (including their CV in pdf format and a recent headshot) through the registration link below. She studied Acting and Movement Studies at the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA), holds a Master of Arts Fine Arts from LASALLE College of the Arts, and is currently the Associate Artistic Director of Young &amp; Wild at Wild Rice. Her diverse artistic background includes co-founding A Group Of People, an award-winning collaborative ensemble of Singaporean actors and theatre-makers, whose production of <em>A Cage Goes In Search Of A Bird<\/em> won Production of the Year at the Straits Times Life! Theatre Awards in 2010. In 2014, she won the Straits Times Life! Theatre Best Actress Award for her role in Cake Theatrical Productions\u2019 <em>Illogic<\/em>, directed by Natalie Hennedige. In 2017, she was awarded Best Original Script and Production of the Year for <em>BITCH: The Origin of the Female Species<\/em>, commissioned by the M1 Singapore Fringe Festival. In 2019, her production of <em>Leda and The Rage<\/em>, commissioned and produced by The Esplanade, received the Production of the Year Award.
