This year, we are presenting&nbsp;<em>A $ingapore Carol&nbsp;<\/em>from 23 November to 15 December 2018 at the Victoria Theatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Directed by Hossan Leong, the year\u2019s most eagerly anticipated musical extravaganza is a heartwarming, hilarious take on Charles Dickens\u2019 classic tale about love, compassion and the spirit of giving!&nbsp;<em>A $ingapore Carol<\/em>&nbsp;features a cheeky script by Jonathan Lim and a magical score by Elaine Chan. As the miserly S.K. Loo, Sebastian Tan (a.k.a. Broadway Beng) leads a stellar cast that includes Siti Khalijah Zainal, Audrey Luo, Candice de Rozario, Fauzie Laily and the fabulous First Stage Kids!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are inviting FUN and FRIENDLY volunteers to help us with Front-of-House (FOH) duties for the following performances throughout the run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FOH duties<\/strong>&nbsp;include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Welcoming guests at the theatre foyer;<\/li><li>Ushering the audience into the theatre;<\/li><li>Selling programmes and merchandise;<\/li><li>Registering audience members as Friends of WILD RICE; and<\/li><li>Assisting in various FOH administrative duties.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We need YOUR help for the following performances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>23 November (Friday) \u2013 7.30pm<\/li><li>25 November (Sunday) \u2013 7.30pm<\/li><li>2 December (Sunday) \u2013 2.30pm<\/li><li>2 December (Sunday) \u2013 7.30pm<\/li><li>All performances from 4 to 14 December<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The show schedule for&nbsp;<em>A $ingapore Carol<\/em>&nbsp;is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evening performances from Tuesday to Sunday at 7.30pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Matinee performances on Saturdays and Sundays at 2.30pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested volunteers must be able to commit to these timings for FOH duty:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Evening performances: 6pm to 10pm<\/li><li>Matinee performances: 1pm to 5pm<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dress Code<\/strong>: SMART CASUAL. Please refrain from wearing slippers, singlets, shorts or school uniforms when on duty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will offer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; TWO (02) complimentary tickets to volunteers who complete FOH duty for SIX (06) shows;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; ONE (01) complimentary ticket to volunteers who complete FOH duty for FOUR (04) shows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tickets may be redeemed after FOH duties have been completed.
