Yuen Law has been ranked (Band 3) in the practice area of Startups and Emerging Companies<\/a>, a category that has been included for the first time in the renowned legal directory.<\/p>

Samuel Yuen, our founding managing director and head of Corporate Practice Group, has also been recognised as a leading lawyer (Band 3) in the same category. Chambers: \u201cHe is a seasoned practitioner who has a stellar reputation for his work for startups, providing the full range of advice, from M&A and investments to IP matters and regulatory compliance.\u201d<\/p>

Widely regarded as the industry\u2019s \u201cGold Standard\u201d, Chambers and Partners\u2019 international rankings are based on rigorous analysis by a team of experienced researchers.<\/p>

The rankings are independent and unbiased, with in-depth client interviews in which factoring highly in the ranking decision. Besides interviewing a firms\u2019 clients anonymously, researchers also speak to peers who have worked with a firm\u2019s lawyers and assess the firm\u2019s recent work.<\/p>

Factors assessed include client satisfaction, a department or lawyer\u2019s expertise, understanding of the industry, diligence and value for money \u2013 particularly when it comes to saving money for clients.<\/p>

Chambers Asia-Pacific 2021 covers jurisdictions including Australia, China, India, Japan, South Korea and Singapore, and over 30 areas of law are featured, including Arbitration, Capital Markets, and Corporate \/ M&A, and Offshore and Gaming & Gambling.<\/p>
