Key updates include:<\/p><ol><li>The removal of the maximum employment period for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mom.gov.sg\/passes-and-permits\/work-permit-for-foreign-worker\/sector-specific-rules\/non-traditional-sources-occupation-list\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">non-traditional source<\/a> Work Permit holders.<\/li><li>An increase in the maximum employment age for Work Permit holders.<\/li><\/ol><p>To explore how recent changes help employers retain experienced and skilled workers for longer in industries facing labour shortages, our employment law expert, P.
