  • 1/4 cup gluten-free flour (32g, such as almond or coconut flour)
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar (80g)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease 4 ramekins with butter and dust with gluten-free flour, shaking off any excess.
