艾玛沃森（Emma Watson）已不是哈利波特里可爱的小巫师赫敏（Hermione），而是个26岁亭亭玉立的成熟女人了。或许为了证明这点，她在3月美国杂志《名利场》（Vanity Fair）封面故事里大胆半露酥胸。艾玛之前多次在公众发表女性主义言论，是新时代女性的代表，不过此举也引发网民质疑。
有网民质疑身为女性主义者的她是否该物化女性。艾玛回答道：
Feminism is about giving women choice, feminism is not a stick with which to beat other women. It's about freedom, it's about liberation, it's about equality.
所谓女性主义是指给女人选择的权利，而非用它给其他女人来个当头棒喝。女性主义讲的是自由、解放和平权。
