陆路交通管理局今晚9时16分发推文说，朝东海岸快速公路（ECP）方向的滨海快速公路（MCE），在中央林荫道出口前，发现障碍物。

据了解，MCE内的水管爆裂，导致部分隧道关闭。有网民在面簿上分享隧道内的情况。
新捷运也发推文表示，由于部分道路关闭，30号巴士将不在炮台路和蒙巴登路的两个车站停留。
