Jennifer Cho joined the biotech continuous glucose monitoring company Dexcom, Inc. as General Manager and Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations, APAC, in February 2025. In this role, Jennifer is responsible for leading strategic initiatives to drive continued growth and success in the Asia Pacific region to empower more people to take control of their health.
Prior to joining Dexcom, Jennifer served as Vice President and Managing Director of Medtronic’s Island Southeast Asia (ISEA) sub-region, based in Singapore. At the same time, she was also the Asia Pacific Strategic Marketing leader for neuroscience. During her tenure at Medtronic, which began in 2010, she held several progressively senior roles, from marketing to general management between Korea and Southeast Asia. Jennifer was honored with Medtronic’s APAC President’s Award twice since relocating to Singapore in 2015. She also received multiple accolades for financial performance based on her track record, and spearheaded initiatives that earned workplace certifications such as Great Place to Work.
Jennifer brings a wealth of experience from the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, having previously worked at multinational corporations such as Novo Nordisk, Johnson & Johnson, and Tyco Healthcare in various roles.
She holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Dongkuk University, South Korea.

Rob Schimek is the Group Chief Executive Officer of bolttech. He leads the bolttech team across our operations globally, overseeing our growth and partnership opportunities.
With more than 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Rob has previously held senior leadership roles in insurance, including Managing Director & Group Chief Operating Officer for FWD Group, President and CEO of AIG’s commercial insurance businesses worldwide, and Chief Executive Officer of the Americas for AIG. Prior to that, Rob served as President and Chief Executive Officer of EMEA for AIG and was the Chief Financial Officer of AIG’s global property and casualty insurance business.
Before joining AIG, Rob was a partner at Deloitte & Touche L.L.P. where, for 18 years, he used his public accounting experience to serve global financial institution clients, including MetLife, The Prudential Insurance Company of America, and Merrill Lynch.
Rob is a C.P.A. He earned his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Rider University in New Jersey and a member of the Rider University Board of Trustees.

Sanjay joined Google in early 2020 with a career spanning nearly three decades across media, entertainment, telecoms and FMCG, giving him a deep understanding of the region’s consumer and business landscape.
In his previous role as Country Head and Vice President of Google India, he led teams that supported businesses in their digital transformation journey. He also drove initiatives in support of making India a leading digital economy — from making the internet safer, to ensuring diverse groups including SMEs, women entrepreneurs and startups succeed online.
Before Google, Sanjay was Managing Director of Star and Disney India where he played a pivotal role in extending Star’s traditional television content to digital consumers through Hotstar. He is also widely credited for building their sports business.
Sanjay spent the early years of his career at Hindustan Unilever, where he went on to lead marketing for two of the company's critical segments: oral and home care. He then moved to
serve as Bharti Airtel’s Chief Marketing Officer for its mobile business, spearheading the growth agenda for the company.

Mr. Ali spent nearly 17 years leading Gartner’s business across Australia & New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and Korea – overseeing the company’s ongoing expansion in both mature and emerging markets.
He has over 25 years of experience in the ICT industry, and has extensive international experience including successfully leading businesses in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Asia.
He is a passionate advocate for the Information Technology industry.
Mr. Ali serves on the Board of Directors for the American Chamber of Commerce, Singapore, and has also served as a Board Director for the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA), the peak body representing Australia’s Technology & Digital Industry.
His philanthropy efforts for OzHarvest, Australia’s leading food rescue charity, have provided food and support for over 500,000 vulnerable Australians. He is an active volunteer with ForPurposeCo, a socially focused, profit-generating subsidiary of OzHarvest that exists to increase funding for the OzHarvest charity through investment in food and waste technology, as well as innovative start-ups.
Mr. Ali is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

As Managing Director of APAC, Sara is charged with increasing awareness and market share in China, India and the rest of the Asia-Pacific region. Additionally, she is responsible for MasterControl’s channel partner program worldwide. Her mission is to ensure MasterControl’s Life Sciences customers in the region are successful and well-supported during their digital transformation from paper-based manufacturing environments to digital ones.
During her time as EVP of Marketing and Channel, Sara rebranded and repositioned MasterControl. Her work strengthened MC's digital demand generation foundations to enable double-digit growth. Maurizio Brusadelli is EVP & President Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) for Mondelēz International. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for more than 70 markets in the region. Maurizio is also a member of Mondelēz International’s global management team and additionally oversees the Global Procurement function.
Maurizio joined Kraft Foods in 1993 in Italy in the Marketing department and subsequently moved into Sales and Trade Marketing. He assumed Marketing responsibility for the Italian division in 2002 and became Category Director, Philadelphia Europe in 2006. Maurizio moved to Spain in 2009 as VP & Managing Director of Kraft Foods Iberia. He went on to lead the Gum & Candy category in Europe and was appointed President of the UK, Ireland & Nordics operations in 2012.

Dr. Rettig, who holds a doctorate in chemistry, began his career in Hüls AG, one of Evonik’s predecessor companies in 1987. He worked in South Africa and Japan respectively to oversee business strategies and operations for the company. In 2003, he returned to Germany as the President of the former Degussa Care Specialties Business Unit, and continued with various executive roles. In 2015, he was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Management Evonik Resource Efficiency GmbH, before moving to his role in 2020 as the President of the Smart Materials division of Evonik.
In Oct 2025, Dr. Rettig was appointed the interim CFO for Evonik Industries AG.
He is also a Board Member on the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) since February 2024.
With extensive experience in the international chemical markets and deep knowledge about the chemical industry in Asia, Dr. Rettig has played a pivotal role in realizing several strategic investments in the region.

John leads the Zuellig Pharma Executive Management team with a purpose to make healthcare more accessible and sustainable across Asia. Executive Director
Charles Tan is the second-generation Executive Director of Sunray. Since joining the family business upon college graduation, Charles has been involved in all facets of the Company's operation, starting with factory day-to-day functions, progressing to a management role. He has worked on a variety of iconic projects, and plays an instrumental role in spearheading Sunray’s innovation initiatives and entry into new markets while not losing homeground.
