Really as described, soft and addictive!

One of my favourite CNY pineapple tarts. The buttery aroma and the generous tangy pineapple taste, not too sour and too sweet. I prefer the open tarts version as I like to see the pineapple fillings. It is worth “putting on the extra weight” for this pineapple tarts. 🙂
