GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• In view of the unpredictable weather & traffic conditions, actual delivery time may vary 30 mins (+/-) from the stipulated delivery time.
• The increment of order must be in multiples of 5 pax.
• Prices quoted are subject to GST.
• Full payment via Credit Card, PayNow & Bank Transfer is required to secure your booking. Note that a 3% administration fee is applicable for Credit Card transactions.
• Full payment is required 3 working days before your delivery or event date.
• A surcharge of $100 – $200 is applicable for delivery to venues without a direct lift landing, subject to approval.
• Price and information are effective immediately and subject to change without prior notification.
• Kryston reserves the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice due to seasonality.
• Kryston reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional item(s) from the menu where it deemed fit.
• Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Kryston will not be liable for any charges made due to customers’ oversight.
• All items/ dishes and Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
• For cancellation of orders, please contact our sales consultants at least 3 working days before the function date.
• An administrative fee of $100 is applicable to process the refund upon customer’s withdrawal of the event booking once prepayment has been made.
• 50% of the total bill will be refunded if the cancellation request is received 1 working day prior to the event date.
• No refunds will be made if the order cancellation is made on the event date itself.

BUFFET CATERING MENUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Food comes with a complete table layout with skirting, warmers, and a full set of disposable cutlery and serviettes.
• Food is best consumed within 3 hours, in accordance with Health Safety Authority Guidelines.
• A delivery charge of $90 ($98.10 with GST) per return trip is applicable.
• A surcharge of $10 ($10.90 with GST) is applicable for delivery to offshore areas (Keppel, Sentosa, Jurong Island) and central areas denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard – 22, 23, 24; Bras Basah – 18, 19.

DROP OFF CATERING MENUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Food comes served in disposable trays and two sets of Complimentary Modular Heat Trays will be provided.
• Food is best consumed within 1 hour of delivery or collection.
• A delivery charge of $45 ($49.05 with GST) per trip is applicable.
• A surcharge of $10 ($10.90 with GST) is applicable for delivery to offshore areas (Keppel, Sentosa, Jurong Island) and central areas denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard – 22, 23, 24; Bras Basah – 18, 19.
