Available in denominations of $10, $20 and $50 and for purchase via Great Rewards app or the Customer Service Counters of participating malls.

Running low on battery? Portable chargers are available for rental at the kiosk beside the Customer Service Counter at Level 2.

Your wellness and safety are our top priorities. First Aid Kit and AED device are available at the Customer Service Counter at Level 2.

Wheelchair Loan

Wheelchairs are available for loan at the Customer Service Counter at Level 2 on a first-come-first-served basis. Loaned wheelchair must be returned by 8.30pm daily.

Great Charge EV Charging Stations

Super charge your car at one of the 20 EV charging lots equipped with Max DC 180kW chargers and seamless payment options at Basement 2 Carpark, Blue Zone, near Pillars E6 and F12. Charging stations are available 24/7.

Pasir Ris Mall offers over 1,100 bicycle parking lots at Basement 1 Carpark. Complete with paid shower facilities and dedicated lifts, these ensure convenience for cyclists. We are committed to making your cycling journey seamless and enjoyable!

Revitalize with our shower rooms equipped with locker facilities located at Basement 1 Carpark. Shower facilities are accessible at a fee of $2.00 per entry and payment can be made using credit card.
