MOONLIT WONDER AT PASIR RIS MALL (MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL CAMPAIGN) – TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The promotion is open exclusively to all GREAT REWARDS MEMBERS from 28 Aug – 4 Oct 2026, unless otherwise stated.
  1. Moonlit Bunny Adventure Stamp Collection (4 Sep – 27 Sep 2026)
    1. Redeem a Moonlit Bunny Adventure Stamp Card with a minimum spend of $30 in a single same-day receipt.
    2. Present eligible same-day receipt(s) at the Customer Service Counter, Level 2, for redemption on the same day of purchase, from 10am – 8.30pm daily.
    3. Visit all 9 stations by solving the riddles in the stamp card to collect exclusive Moonlit Bunny stickers. Complete the stamp card to receive a special Mid-Autumn Festival-themed gift – a set of Jade Bunny hand towels (2 pcs).
    4. Limited to 2 stamp card redemptions per Great Rewards Member per day.
    5. Limited to the first 2,000 stamp card redemptions.
    6. Mid-Autumn Festival-themed gifts are limited to the first 800 fully completed stamp cards.
    7. Redemptions are on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Receipts from the kiosks at Basement 2 Atrium are not eligible for Great Rewards Points.
  2. Each full payment receipt must be $20 and above, unless otherwise stated.
  3. Members are not allowed to create multiple accounts, submit receipts not transacted by them, utilize rewards; benefits; vouchers and privileges on behalf of other individuals in any circumstances.
  4. Promotion is only valid at Pasir Ris Mall and redemption must be made on the same day of purchase.
  5. All redemptions are while stocks last and on a first-come, first-served basis.
  6. Not valid in conjunction with other campaigns and promotional redemptions, unless otherwise stated.
  7. Retailers and retailers’ staff at Pasir Ris Mall are NOT eligible to participate in campaign redemptions.
  8. All members must be physically present in person with their member QR in Great Rewards mobile app or provide their Singapore-registered mobile phone number for registration and verification purposes to take part in all redemptions.
  9. All receipts must be uploaded no later than the next day of purchase (2359hrs). For example, if the receipt is dated 1 July 2026, the receipt must be uploaded no later than 2 July 2026, 2359hrs.
  10. Redemption eligibility is based on the printed date and time on the submitted receipts.
  11. Only original receipts generated/printed from Point of Sales Systems at participating retailers in Pasir Ris Mall are valid for redemption. Handwritten, duplicate, NETS and credit card slips/receipts will not be accepted. The Management reserves the right to retain all original receipts presented.
  12. Receipts issued from purchase of Great Rewards Vouchers, Tenant’s shopping vouchers, AXS/SAM payment stations, ATMs, credit card slips, Cash Card top-up, gift card purchase and/or top up, credit package purchase, partial/deposit payment, currency exchange, lottery purchase, pushcart and non-retailer atrium vendors will not be accepted.
  13. Members can only make redemptions at the mall where their purchases are made. Receipts issued from other malls will not be accepted.
  14. All e-Vouchers redeemed must be accepted as rewarded and are not replaceable, transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity. The Management reserves the right to substitute the gifts with others of equivalent value without prior notice.

  16. By participating in the redemption(s) implies automatic acceptance of rules and regulations of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the decision of The Management is final.

  18. The information stated is correct at the time of print and The Management reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without prior notice.
