Present your ticket at the door to gain admission to the concert. Each ticket is entitled for one patron only.

Arrive at the concert hall at least 15 minutes before the concert commences. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break. Nearest carpark to SCO Concert Hall is at Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre (SCCC).

Child (Age 6-12), Students, Senior Citizens (Age 60 and above), NSF, Persons with Disabilities are eligible to purchase Category 3 tickets at concession price. Concession tickets are not entitled to further discounts and non-transferable.

Please note that random checks on concession tickets will be conducted at the point of entry. Patrons unable to present proof of eligibility (e.g. valid concession card) are required to upgrade their concession tickets to full price tickets.

Infants in arms and children below 6 years old will not be admitted, except for Young Children’s, Ancient Moon and Present Light Concerts.

Subsidies available for schools:

• Schools may use the TOTE Board Arts Grant (National Arts Council Arts Education Progranmme) for up to 50% subsidy off ticket prices.
• Schools may also use the Cultural Performance Exposure Scheme (CPES) Fund to purchase tickets.

Following SCO’s recent transition to BookMyShow (BMS) as our ticketing partner, and as more patrons choose to purchase tickets online, we will be adjusting our Box Office operations at the Singapore Conference Hall (SCH) in two phases. While our service arrangements will evolve, we remain committed to supporting our Friends of SCO members and ensuring that assistance continues to be available whenever needed.

Phase 1: 1 November 2026 – 30 June 2027

During this transition period, the SCO Box Office at Singapore Conference Hall will operate three days a week. Patrons who require ticketing assistance outside of these hours may continue to contact SCO via email or phone.

Phase 2: Appointment-Based Ticketing Assistance (Effective 1 July 2027)

Starting 1 July 2027, the physical Box Office at Level 1 Singapore Conference Hall will cease regular walk-in operations.

• Friends of SCO (FSCO members) & Individual Patrons: In-person ticketing assistance will be available by appointment. (Further details will be shared by April 2027).
