When Was the Last Time You Planned a Bank Heist?
Step into a high-energy, immersive team challenge where strategy, communication, and creativity determine your success. You have 90 minutes to collect as much loot as possible—before the police arrive.
With 4 safes, 4 vaults, and multiple paths filled with fortune and surprises, teams must decide how bold or cautious to be. Every choice creates a strategic dilemma:
- Move too carefully, and you may leave empty-handed.
- Take too many risks, and you may not escape in time.
This fun and fast-paced experience challenges teams to think outside the box, solve problems together, and adapt quickly under pressure.

Flexible Locations: This activity can be conducted almost anywhere, including hotels, offices, Sentosa (RWS), parks, resorts, and outdoor venues.

The Plot
You and your crew are master thieves executing a perfectly timed heist. The clock is ticking, the police are closing in, and only teams with a solid plan—and the ability to adapt—will make a clean escape.
Inside the “bank,” opportunities and obstacles appear at every turn. Teams must read the situation, share information, and make smart decisions together to outwit the system and walk away with the most loot.
Team Building Activity Principles
- The team must collect highest amount of loot.
- Must open different vaults, to collect gold and dollars.
- Must decide which vault to target and when to stop.
- It requires analytical skills and speed as well as good decision making.
- The winner is not the team that opens most vault but the one that also manages to escape
