Chocolate Making Workshop
The workshop takes place under the guidance of one of the few Singapore Artisan Chocolatier. You are invited to visit one of these most adventurous Singapore’s Chocolatier in Dempsey Hill; in their workshop, they are trying new techniques and new chocolates.
This workshop will allow you to participate in the chocolate-making process itself, using high-quality ingredients.
This workshop will make you question what you know about chocolate – and as a bonus, you’ll get to leave with the chocolates you make!

HANDS-ON CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES WORKSHOP

CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES WORKSHOP
One of our chocolatiers will demonstrate how to make Classic Dark Chocolate Truffles. Participants will then be given the ingredients to make their own truffles from scratch. Participants will work in pairs. After this class, participants will be able to experiment with chocolate and make their own chocolate creations.

CUSTOMISED CHOCOLATE BARS
While waiting for their truffles to set, participants will make their own chocolate bars, choosing from a selection of inclusions such as dried fruit and nuts, spices, and colored sprinkles.
Each person will take home a box of 12 to 15 chocolate truffles, and a chocolate bar.
