My family had engaged Ang Chin Moh to take care of my dad’s funeral, and I would like to sincerely thank the funeral director, Mr Vam Pick and the entire team for their care, professionalism and support during one of the most difficult periods for our family. From our first engagement, Vam Pick was professional, patient and compassionate. He took the time to listen and guided us and explain to us through the arrangements clearly and explain in greater detail if I have any doubt about the funeral process and some Chinese tradition which I am unsure. The advice and recommendations provided were very helpful to our family. Vam Pick took the time to explain the various options and offered practical advice based on his experience, while always respecting our preferences and decisions. His guidance helped us make informed choices and ensured that the funeral arrangements were meaningful and appropriate for our dad. The team’s is very experience in managing the funeral. There were many details and decisions that we had never encountered before, but Vam Pick guided us through each stage and made the entire process much less overwhelming. Everything was well coordinated and handled smoothly, allowing us to focus on saying our final farewell to our dad. What stood out most to us were the small touches of care and genuine empathy. Vam showed genuine concern for our family and was always willing to assist, answer our questions and reassure us whenever we were uncertain. Grieving is not an easy process, but Ang Chin Moh made my family and I feel supported the entire journey. I would like to thank Kelvin and the team for the support from the first day I called after 12 midnight, coming down to meet me 30 minutes later, helping us find night watch on short notice so my family can rest and making sure my family and I were clear with the process. ACM is also very transparent with their pricing and delivered everything as promised. Their support helped my family and I focus on the grieving and we are extremely grateful for that.

The company was transparent about the package and what was included, and the team was quick to respond to ad hoc requests, such as printing signs. They were also patient in clarifying things, even when questions had already been asked by other family members and I asked them again. At times, some of the staff seemed a little junior, but overall, the support was good. Nonetheless, Weijian, many thanks to you and your team for all the support over these past few days.

Weijian and his team were professional and attentive. They’ve responded quickly with many of our ad-hoc requests. My family and I do appreciate their support during this difficult time.

Prompt and attentive in their service. Step by step explanation of the funeral process as well as chinese customary practices/traditions but still leave it to you to have the final say! A good example was the old custom of the surviving spouse not supposed to send off the deceased spouse but leave it to their children. As my spouse and I did not have any children, I insisted on sending my wife off which was not contested. This shows that they are flexible and accomodating to their clients' personal beliefs and preferences. A 'plus' for Ang Chon Moh Funeral Services!!!

We'd held the funeral for my cousin last weekend. He's a single, so we didn't hold any wake. But my families were very pleased and happy to see that ACM had given the procession with such dignity and smooth running through out the whole time. From the simple chanting before setting off to and at Mandai Crematorium. The next day when we placed my late cousin's ashes at Brighthill Temple. All sequences ran smoothly and were at it best. I'd always trusted the services given by ACM as they've maintained the service standard all the times, from my late parents, to my aunt. Wei Jian has been helpful, professional and patient in handling the affairs throughout the family's grieving process. The set up has been elegant and tastefully done. When questions were asked they have provided helpful guidance on what needs to be done.

We wish to express our gratitude to Kelvin and Adrian Chua for the patience and help to make my uncle's funeral with dignity and love. Upon receiving the news about my uncle's demise, Kelvin arrived at St Luke promptly. He gave us time to do prayer while he waited patiently outside the room. The next day he printed copies of my uncle death certificate and photographs for necessary procedures. It was totally hassle-free for us. Grateful to the boss of Ang Chin Moh (ACM) who advised us what to prepare for placing the ashes in the niche at Kong Meng San Monastery (KMS). He is such a humble boss! At KMS, Adrian of ACM waited before scheduled time with my uncle ashes. He patiently and lovingly guided us to proceed with the procedure. He told us that they are not supposed to accept any red packet because it is their duty from the heart. Whenasked why he is this job, he told us that the funeral of his Ah Gong and Ah Mah triggered him. He wanted to treat grieving people the way he wanted to be treated.
