Made in a sweet, German Kabinett-inspired style from a tiny 0.4-hectare parcel in Polish Hill River, and harvested early to keep the alcohol naturally low. Sweetly scented, with lemon sherbet, guava and hibiscus aromas flowing into a richly flavoured palate of tropical and zesty citrus fruit. A powerful line of crackling acidity balances the succulent sweetness, giving the wine a clean, precise finish and real potential for cellaring.
