Terms and conditions:

• The promotion period is from 1 September to 30 September 2026
• This promo code is only applicable for pick-up / drop-off from Mandai Wildlife Reserve, including Mandai Wildlife East (S729826), Mandai Rainforest Resort (S729979) and Mandai Wildlife West (S729825).
• The promo code is only valid for bookings made through the Zig App and not available for “Pay for Street Hail” & “Scan and Ride” rides.
• Each promo code is only limited to 1 redemption per user.
• Each promo code is limited to only 50 redemptions per day, from Monday – Thursday and 160 redemption per day, from Friday – Sunday.
• The promo code is available from 6am – 11.59pm daily and only available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The promo code must be applied at the time of booking. Only 1 promo code can be used per booking
• Promo codes are deemed redeemed upon successful booking confirmation. If you cannot secure a ride the promo code will automatically be returned within 5 minutes
• The validity of the promo code will be verified at each booking.
• The promo code will be deducted from the final fare upon completion of the trip. No refund will be given if the fare is less than the promo code value.
• The passenger forfeits the Promo Code entitlement once a confirmed booking is cancelled, or a passenger fails to turn up. 
• The Promo Code is on first-come-first-served, while stocks last basis and not exchangeable for cash. Participating merchants reserve the right to substitute any item with equivalent value. 
• Extension of Promo Code validity will be at the discretion of Zig by ComfortDelGro and Mandai Wildlife Reserve.
• Zig by ComfortDelGro and Mandai Wildlife Reserve reserve the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the promotion or vary, delete, add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice including without limitation the date of the promotion. 
• Zig by ComfortDelGro and Mandai Wildlife Reserve reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any individuals found to be misusing the promo.  
• All decisions by Zig by ComfortDelGro and Mandai Wildlife Reserve regarding the Campaign are final.
