Geraldine Ong is a corporate and commercial lawyer and a Legal Executive at KGP Legal LLC. She graduated from the National University of Singapore School of Law in 2010 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2011. She is a versatile and highly skilled commercial lawyer and has worked across multiple jurisdictions.
She has advised a wide spectrum of multinational corporations on legal and regulatory matters including handling high-stakes aviation financing contracts to the drafting, negotiating and advising on TMT matters and general commercial matters. Her strength lies in her ability to listen to her clients’ needs and translating them into actionable and precise legal documents. Whether negotiating high-value deals or managing routine contracts, Geraldine is known for her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering effective results.
She has worked in Indonesia for a number of years and is familiar with Indonesian law and practice.
